Hubba hubba!


  • 250g packet nestle melting buds (white or chocolate)
  • Nutella
  • ½ cup rice bubbles
  • 25g Copha
  • Hazelnuts
  • ½ cup crushed nuts


  • Melt nestle melting buds with the Copha on high for about a minute or until melted
  • Add the rice bubbles and crushed nuts and mix until combined
  • Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the base of an ice-cube tray
  • Place ½ teaspoon of Nutella and a hazelnut on top of the chocolate mixture, then fill with more chocolate mixture
  • Put in freezer for about 30-40 minutes or until set
  • When Kristie is able to eat nuts again, I think we’ll try these!
